Digging into how agents remember across sessions instead of forgetting at the edge of the context window. Comparing vector-similarity recall, rolling summarization, and structured episodic stores — and measuring where each one quietly loses information the others would have kept.

Asha — a screen-aware voice AI support agent for Android merchants. Real-time WebRTC voice with Deepgram STT, Claude LLM via OpenRouter, and streamed TTS. The agent ingests live screen context (semantic ≤300-token IR from Compose tree), failed API details, and action history — then opens support calls with full context before the user speaks. Backend: FastAPI + aiortc + pgvector for semantic memory. Confirmed live on real Android device with two-way voice, tool calling (get_wallet_balance, get_payment_status, request_limit_increase), and rolling conversation summaries.
